RETURN POLICY
Return and Exchange Policy
Return Period
You can return the product you purchased within 14 days from the delivery date.
Return Conditions
The product must be unused, in its original packaging and complete.
Must be sent with original invoice or gift exchange card.
Only new products are accepted for return.
Return Method
Returns are processed via mail. Our store does not offer a physical sales point.

Return Shipping Fee
For domestic orders, return shipping costs are covered by the seller.
For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Return Process
After the product reaches us, necessary checks are made and your return will be processed within 10 business days at the latest.
It may take approximately 2–3 weeks for the refund amount to be reflected in your bank.
Change
Depending on stock availability, an exchange may be made with the same product. You can contact us to request an exchange.

Buyer:
A natural or legal person who makes purchases from the www.nisi-kids.com website.
2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This contract regulates the sales and delivery conditions of the order placed by the buyer through the www.nisi-kids.com website, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the relevant Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
The type of product purchased, price, quantity, payment and delivery method are as specified at the time of ordering.
4. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING CONDITIONS
If orders are placed before 14:00 on weekdays, they will be processed the same day.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be invoiced when the order is completed.
The buyer is notified of the cargo tracking via SMS and/or e-mail.
Cargo company: We provide shipping throughout Türkiye with our contracted carriers.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN CONDITIONS
The buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
The right of withdrawal is only valid for products that are unused, in their original packaging, complete and returned with an invoice/gift exchange card.
Only new products are accepted for return.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of dispute, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts at the consumer's residence have jurisdiction.
This agreement enters into force by being approved electronically.
