WHAT ARE YOUR RETURN CONDITIONS?
The e-commerce right of withdrawal, in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, allows customers to cancel their purchase and return the product within 14 days of the product's delivery date. With this e-commerce right of withdrawal, customers can return purchased products without providing any reason, and the e-commerce company is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returns, regardless of the reason.
HOW MUCH WILL I PAY FOR SHIPPING?
You pay shipping for both domestic and international purchases of products on our site. The shipping cost is automatically calculated for the total amount in your cart on the payment screen.
